Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking numbers take one business day to activate.
To request a copy of your tracking email, please contact our Customer Service team by email or via Live Chat from the email address used to place your order. To protect our customers, we cannot provide order details to anyone other than the billing or ship-to party.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and you will have the following options: choose a different product, cancel the backordered item, or have it shipped to you when it’s available. The payment for the full amount of your order will be processed immediately and the rest of your in-stock items will ship at the time of purchase.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately upon receipt at +44 7770 042282 We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed
